Welcome to Mental Health Mums!
Following the birth of my second daughter I have found there is a lack of support service for mums struggling with their mental health. We are a diverse group sharing common experiences and concerns with one another, gaining support and help, whilst the group is aimed at new mums with babies we do not discriminate and any mum needing support is always welcome! You agree that by coming to the group you will keep anything said by other members confidential.
What is Mental Health Mums?
This Support Group was started with the realisation that there is a lack of support for new mums struggling with mental health and if we cannot get the service we need that we should instead provide it with the help and support of a community. Our members provide a safe space for bonding and connecting with others in similar situations. We invite you to find out more information and hope you will join us.
